This year's festival orchestra is made up of music students from the music department (MDD) of the Stavanger Cathedral School in Bjergsted. They will perform in various places during the festival and bring life and entertainment wherever they go. The festival orchestra will also have its own performance where the audience will be taken on an exploration of sound. Both children and adults will discover that there is no emotion that music cannot recreate, whether it be weak, strong, funny, sad, wild, or maybe a little strange, and much else. The mood of this year's festival is hereby secured with the wonderful musicians of the festival orchestra popping up where you least expect them.
