Brazzmatazz is an 18-headed monster of a brass band that growls and snaps, building up the tension again and again whenever the moment is right. Musical influences from places like New Orleans and the Balkans are combined with Jamaican ska and reggae, then squeezed through a western mangle of jazz and drum 'n' bass. The result is a distinctive sound with a tendency to conjure unconventional sounds from the orchestra, with a serious touch of fun here and there.
Brazzmatazz has performed on great stages around the country in the past few years, to the delight of audiences who can attest to their exciting reputation as a live act. A steampunk decor and theme (think 19th century steam engines) make the visual spectacle complete. Expect a totally danceable, irresistible musical sensation!
