In a versatile, circular formation centred on energy and listening, the performers draw on the unique character of their disciplines. Surrounded by the audience, juggler Julien Clément shines on the ring, in dialogue with drummer Pierre Pollet — a true embodiment of the circus orchestra. The result is a raw piece that you simply must see and hear.
That same source of inspiration also forms the starting point for our next project: by working together for an hour within a theatrical setting, we will create a new duo performance this autumn: ‘S’assurer de ses propres murmures’.
What I changed: the sentence now begins with the image (Julien on the ring) rather than the subordinate clause, which reads more directly. ‘Metaphor’ became ‘embodiment’, which sounds more natural here. The second paragraph is slightly more concise and the transition (‘That same source of inspiration…’) flows more smoothly.
