Fulco Ottervanger – musician, composer and stage animal – takes to the stage solo for BIG BANG. No children's songs, no compromises. Just Fulco, pure and unadulterated. Expect an irresistible mix of playful beats, poetic lyrics and surprising musical twists.

We know Fulco from, among other things, the twisting, fresh music he creates together with drummer Lander Gyselinck under the name BeraadGeslagen. And jazz fans naturally also follow the impressive international career he has been pursuing for years with the trio De Beren Gieren. But Fulco is no stranger to young audiences either: at Zonzo Compagnie, he has repeatedly shown that he knows how to touch children without compromising his artistic integrity. He did so in the composer portraits of jazz greats Miles Davis (Mile(s)tones) and Thelonious Monk (THELONIOUS), and also together with An Pierlé in the acclaimed Slumberland.

In the spring of 2025, he released Het Vermoeden with his full band. Fulco's third album is another gem: groovy, funny and whimsical. Live, he translates all of this into an intense experience, in which every note counts and every silence speaks. He challenges, seduces and amazes. Even when he is alone on stage.
