The BIG BANG festival is sneaking back into DE SINGEL again this year. On Sunday 29 November 2026, our venue will once more become a place where children can explore adventurous music and sound to their heart’s content.
The full programme will be revealed from Friday 28 August, but we’d like to give you a sneak peek right now. At BIG BANG, you’ll meet the French musical all-rounder Rédèr Nouhaj. He ventures into the musical soul of the vast Caucasus. And speaking of daring feats: with NINA, three young Belgian women step into the shoes of Nina Simone, the High Priestess of Soul. Finally, at the festival’s climax, everyone will gather in the Rode Zaal. There, a choir of 60 children from Zuidgeluid will give a stunning performance that will resonate throughout the venue.
BIG BANG 2026 will be an extra democratic edition. We’re once again using a festival pass. For €9.99, anyone can attend three ticketed concerts or performances. In addition, there’s a wide range of free performances and sound installations in the open air.
